Meet The Team

Dr. Neise attained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with distinction from Indiana University School of Dentistry, graduating in the top of her class. While in dental school, Dr. Neise was chosen to be a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society due to her high academic and clinical performances.

Dr. Neise has over 20 years of experience as a dentist in private practice and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. She is passionate about continuing her education, and practices current techniques and technology in dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, the Indiana Dental Association, the East Central Dental Society, OKU Honor Dental Society, and the IUSD/IDA Academy of Continuing Education.

She enjoys traveling and doing outdoor activities with her husband and two children. Having grown up in Madison County, Dr. Neise is grateful for the opportunities she has to support the community she serves.

Dr. Neise strives to be the best and most compassionate dentist possible, giving her patients the top-quality care they deserve. Dr. Neise appreciates the privilege to be a part of your health care team, and looks forward to exceeding your expectations.

Lindy received her dental hygiene training from Indiana University School of Dentistry and has over 25 years of experience, with 19 of those years at this practice.

Lindy enjoys working in her hometown and the most rewarding part of working here is the relationships she has developed with her patients.  They trust her and the doctors to provide the best care for their dental needs.

Lindy has two daughters, Macy and Marah, and a Goldendoodle, Murphy.  She spends her time at her daughters’ sporting events and enjoys vacationing at the beach.

After gaining her training in dental hygiene from IPFW, Jennifer now has over 27 years of professional dental experience.  She has a passion for treating patients and helping them achieve optimum oral health.  “Dental treatment is readily available today, so as a patient you want to feel at home.  You want to be confident that the advice and diagnosis you are given is with your best interest in mind…not the practice’s bottom line.  Dr. Neise is very committed to pleasing her patients and make them feel at ease while meeting their dental needs.”  For Jennifer, family is #1.  She and her husband Jay have three children and one grandson.  When not doing hygiene, she enjoys helping on their farm and traveling.

Nichole has been working as a dental hygienist for over 10 years.  She enjoys working in the same community where she grew up and is raising her family.  Nichole’s caring nature puts everyone at ease.  She is dedicated to listening to our patients and educating them on their dental health.

Shannon has over 29 years of experience in the dental field.  “We are like a small family here.  Most of my patients have been here long enough to watch my kids grow up.  They ask about my family at each visit.  That is very special to me.”

Shannon has been married to Brandon for 26 years and they have two sons.  She loves spending time with her family and friends around the pool in the summer and fall.

Courtney joined our team in November of 2013.  She graduated from Indiana University with her Bachelor of Arts.  “As an expanded functions dental assistant, I really enjoy being able to assist our doctors and give our patients the best care possible.  We understand that the dental office can be intimidating and it is my job to make your visit as comfortable as possible.  I love getting to meet our patients and learn more about this great community.”

Courtney married her husband Jacob in 2011.  Together they have two beautiful daughters, Cali and Harper.  She enjoys watching IU football and basketball games, reading, crafting, and spending time with her family.

Holly joined our team in January 2019.  She graduated from Ivy Tech as a DANB certified expanded functions dental assistant.

“I enjoy being able to inform our patients about their treatment options and answer questions that may come up.  I especially enjoy being able to help our patients understand their dental benefits.  I love working in this community and really enjoy building relationships with our patients.”

Holly has two dogs named Dozer and Layla that she loves to play and cuddle with.  She enjoys going on vacation and spending time with her family.  She also loves completing DIY projects for her home.
