Meet The Team Grid

Dr. Mary Beth Sheehan earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Indiana University School of Dentistry.  She completed her undergraduate degree at Ball State University.  She is a member of the American Dental Association, a life-time member of  the Indiana Dental Association and a member of the East Central Dental Society.

She has lived in Pendleton for over 30 years with her husband and raised her 3 children here.  Prior to joining our team, Dr. Sheehan practiced dentistry in Knightstown, Indiana for many years.  She thoroughly enjoys practicing here in Pendleton and having the opportunity to care for both familiar faces and new faces in our community.

Dr. Sheehan feels that every patient is unique.  What is best dentally may not always be what is best for the person’s current situation.  She strives to inform patients of treatment options, both short-term and long-term care, and lets the patient make informed decisions.  She looks forward to making a positive difference when you come to the practice.

Dr. Neise attained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with distinction from Indiana University School of Dentistry, graduating in the top of her class. While in dental school, Dr. Neise was chosen to be a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society due to her high academic and clinical performances.

Dr. Neise has over 20 years of experience as a dentist in private practice and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. She is passionate about continuing her education, and practices current techniques and technology in dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, the Indiana Dental Association, the East Central Dental Society, OKU Honor Dental Society, and the IUSD/IDA Academy of Continuing Education.

She enjoys traveling and doing outdoor activities with her husband and two children. Having grown up in Madison County, Dr. Neise is grateful for the opportunities she has to support the community she serves.

Dr. Neise strives to be the best and most compassionate dentist possible, giving her patients the top-quality care they deserve. Dr. Neise appreciates the privilege to be a part of your health care team, and looks forward to exceeding your expectations.

Lindy received her dental hygiene training from Indiana University School of Dentistry and has over 25 years of experience, with 19 of those years at this practice.

Lindy enjoys working in her hometown and the most rewarding part of working here is the relationships she has developed with her patients.  They trust her and the doctors to provide the best care for their dental needs.

Lindy has two daughters, Macy and Marah, and a Goldendoodle, Murphy.  She spends her time at her daughters’ sporting events and enjoys vacationing at the beach.

Although Shai recently joined our office in 2023, there’s a mutual feeling that she has been a part of our team even longer after keeping in touch after an externship with our office at the start of her dental career in 2014.

She graduated from Anderson University with an Associates of Science and then went on to IvyTech as a DANB certified expanded functions dental assistant.

For Shai, this career in dentistry is extremely rewarding, being able to assist in the transformation and enhancement of a patient’s smile while boosting their confidence.

Her ability to combine her technical skills with genuine empathy is at the heart of her role.

Shai and her husband Grant have a “porkie” pomeranian-yorkie mix named Pistol and several feline friends.

Photography, thrifting for furniture and antique refurbishing projects, and spending time with loved ones is where you can find her outside of the office.

Nichole has been working as a dental hygienist for over 10 years.  She enjoys working in the same community where she grew up and is raising her family.  Nichole’s caring nature puts everyone at ease.  She is dedicated to listening to our patients and educating them on their dental health.

Shannon has over 29 years of experience in the dental field.  “We are like a small family here.  Most of my patients have been here long enough to watch my kids grow up.  They ask about my family at each visit.  That is very special to me.”

Shannon has been married to Brandon for 26 years and they have two sons.  She loves spending time with her family and friends around the pool in the summer and fall.

Courtney joined our team in November of 2013.  She graduated from Indiana University with her Bachelor of Arts.  “As an expanded functions dental assistant, I really enjoy being able to assist our doctors and give our patients the best care possible.  We understand that the dental office can be intimidating and it is my job to make your visit as comfortable as possible.  I love getting to meet our patients and learn more about this great community.”

Courtney married her husband Jacob in 2011.  Together they have two beautiful daughters, Cali and Harper.  She enjoys watching IU football and basketball games, reading, crafting, and spending time with her family.

Christy joined us in January 2024.  As a 2003 IUSB graduate, she comes to us with 20+ years experience as a dental hygienist.  My goal is to provide each patient with thorough, individualized care, while taking into consideration any patient concerns.  I love getting to know my patients and catching up on what’s going on in their lives at each visit.  I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the community in which I live.   My husband and I  have two boys and two mini goldendoodles.  As a family, we enjoy all things Disney, traveling to new destinations, experiencing new things, and spending time at the boys’ sporting events.
